How to take a screenshot
Taking a screenshot of your screen is super helpful when you contact our Support Team. If you’re in need of support, it makes things a whole lot easier if we can see the same issue you see.
Here’s how you can take a screenshot to send to us:
Mac OS X
Taking the Screenshot
- Hold down the “Command” and “Shift” keys, then press the number “4” key.
- Your cursor will become a crosshair icon.
- Drag around the portion of the screen you want to send and release.
Sending the Screenshot
- The screenshot file should automatically save to your desktop.
- Attach the file to this form or your email and send!
Windows
Taking the Screenshot
- Press the “PrtScn” key.
- Open the “Paint” application.
- Hold down the “Ctrl” key and press the “V” key to paste the screenshot.
- Save the file to your desktop.
Sending the Screenshot
- The screenshot file should be saved on your desktop.
